I like how you can organize contacts into groups instead of clicking every contact individually. It helps us reach the target audience. Using our office number for the app helps clients verify the legitimacy of the message as opposed to spam text.

Bouncing around and getting a lot done quickly is super easy and intuitive. It gets the job done better than the dozen or so other solutions I've tested. Not a lot of hoops to jump through to get started. Great trial flexibility to really dig in without committing. Most others are fairly limited.

I am constantly surprised by how easy, helpful and useful MessageDesk is. Writing and scheduling broadcasts is quick, clear, and offers multiple ways to include or exclude contacts.
